About Us
Japanese TCG was built on friendship, service, and the standard of excellence we carried from the United States Air Force.
Bryan of BCarpTCG and Adam of MASK Merch TCG, also known as Skarpone, first met while serving at the same military duty station. What began as a shared mission in uniform evolved into a shared vision in business. The core values that shaped us in uniform—Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do—now define everything we do in the trading card industry.
After years of service, Adam retired from the United States Air Force and committed full time to building a structured, reliable supply platform for the Japanese TCG market. Bryan transitioned into aviation maintenance leadership and currently serves as a Project Manager in the industry. That operational mindset never left us. Systems matter. Details matter. People matter.
So we built it correctly.
Several years ago, we recognized a clear gap in the Japanese trading card space. Collectors wanted authentic product without uncertainty. Streamers needed dependable allocations. Retailers required consistency and protected margins. The demand was there. The infrastructure often was not.
Today, we have sold thousands of cases and serve customers in all 50 states. Our clients range from brand new collectors opening their first box to high‑volume rip and ship streamers, local card shops, and some of the largest retailers in the country. Each partnership has refined our systems and strengthened our ability to scale responsibly.
We operate directly with established wholesalers in Japan. Orders ship via FedEx International Priority and typically arrive within two business days. There are no unnecessary intermediaries, no gray market sourcing, and no uncertainty around origin. Our supply chain is direct, structured, and transparent.
Beyond product, we focus heavily on customer experience. From streamlined ordering and real‑time inventory visibility to protected client relationships and consistent communication, we continuously refine our operational flow. Many of our customers are building businesses of their own, and we treat that responsibility with the seriousness it deserves.
